Legal Nature & Disclaimer
Campus Arena organizes skill-based competitions for DLS, eFootball and EA FC MOBILE. Outcomes depend solely on player skill. The platform acts only as organizer and technical service provider. It charges a fixed, transparent service fee and never participates in matches.
Legal classification (skill game vs gambling) varies by country/state. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your jurisdiction. This document is an informational template and does NOT constitute legal advice. Get it reviewed by a local attorney.
Eligibility - 18+ Strict
- Minimum age 18. Any minor account will be permanently banned and balance frozen. ID verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, fake identities or false info = ban.
- Allowed jurisdictions: Access is prohibited from territories where paid entry skill competitions are prohibited.
- WhatsApp Number: Must include full international code (e.g. +1, +44, +237). Incorrect numbers prevent dispute support.
Entry Fees & Prize Pool
- Model: Each duel is a skill competition. Players pay an entry fee to enter. Combined entry fees form the prize pool.
- Service Fee: Platform takes a fixed fee (e.g. 10%) clearly shown before confirmation. The remainder goes to winner(s). Platform does not profit more if you lose.
- Escrow Lock: Fees are locked on acceptance. Refundable only if both players cancel or admin cancels for technical reasons.
- Currency: All amounts displayed in USDT. Verify network and address. Funds sent to wrong address cannot be recovered.
Fair Play & Proof
Trust-based system. Falsifying results is treated as fraud.
- Submission Deadline: Both players must submit result + full, unedited end-game screenshot showing final score, both names, and match completion within 30 minutes.
- Mandatory Proof: Cropped, blurred or edited screenshots are instantly rejected.
- False Win Claim: Claiming WON when you lost freezes funds and triggers automatic Dispute.
- Permanent Ban: Editing screenshots or fabricating outcomes = permanent ban and forfeiture of balance after admin review.
No-Shows & Disconnections
- 15-Minute Rule: After acceptance, players have 15 minutes to start. If opponent doesn't show, take screenshots of invites/contact attempts and file No-Show claim.
- Disconnection: Intentional disconnect (rage-quit) = automatic loss (0-3 if score not worse). Provide screenshot/video of disconnect screen.
Dispute & Arbitration
- Conflicting results (both WON) = funds locked in secure escrow.
- Admins will review screenshots. If inconclusive, may request live unedited screen recording of in-game match history via WhatsApp.
- Failure to provide proof or respond to admin within 12 hours = automatic dispute loss.
- Admin decisions are final within platform.
Responsible Play
Play for fun and competition, not to make money. Set limits.
- Set weekly entry fee limit.
- Request temporary self-exclusion via support.
- If you feel you are losing control, seek help from a local support organization. Never play with money you need.
By registering, depositing or joining any match, you confirm you are 18+, have read these rules, and accept the transparent service fee model. Template only - have it reviewed by a lawyer.
